Print/Export Color Coding in Hospital Destinations

The Destinations table in a hospital analyze page shows how destinations' rehosp/admission numbers measure against the state and county. It would be helpful to be able to print that out in a presentation.

Fix Items per Page view

The tool defaults to 20 rows - e.g., Hospice_Explore_Physician report. When I change it to 200, and then change a filter, it reverts back to "20." As a user, I'm thus constantly going back and changing the 20 to 200. It's quite frustrating.

Regionalize user lists of SNFs in Comparison Presentations for multi-state users

Some users have access to multiple states and don't want to restrict their access. When adding multiple agencies or SNFs to a comparison presentation, it would be helpful for them to choose which states to search the master list for.
