The time to start of care table is very helpful - it enables HH agencies to identify where they are having trouble getting to patients discharged from a facility, and if they have strong metrics, they can use this data to strengthen their partners...

This will help user to view the hospice affiliation in Explore tab and do not need to switch tab for better data comparison

this is useful for the hospice to keep track of time to start of care no different than HH agencies and then it can show how they are better than the competition.

Compare organizations data alongside the state and national data on the bar graphs

A prospect requested a way to see in the UI that a certain physician is new to the dataset that wasn't on there before.

Physicians that are a part of an ACO are under pressure to ensure patients stay out of the hospital, so we should consider this as an additional quality metric

Target physicians who recently saw patients who died and did not refer that patient to hospice care.

on the explore page, we have inp & outp separated, but it would be helpful to see them together (like we do on destinations) to see the total of inp/outp together.

The GIP opportunity in the hospitals would be helpful.

The star rating is on the Home Health Agencies but not when you are comparing Facilities destination tab. Currently you have to pull each competitor info to find the star rating
