Insights HOS Hospital discharge show level of care for discharges to agencies

In Insights for Hospice, on the Hospital Analyze Page - Destinations - we show agency destinations and risk score for these patients but it would be helpful for an agency to know what percent of the discharged patients from a hospital were admitted to GIP/Home/etc. - level of hospice care.
