The top 5 physician sources are not meaningful for most reps, and in some cases managers. We need users to be able to customize the physicians included in the list.

Many physicians do not update their NPI and are registered in states that are not available to a customer, but the physician is providing care in the market in which they serve. The customer is unable to see this information.

In Insights, in the Physicians section of the Explore feature, I can see the notation (Dir) next to the name of a medical director, but it does not carry over to the export. I would like to be able to have that as a separate field.
