Allow managers to see which accounts their reps have favorited or marked as a target.
Ideally the managers would be able to click into the number of favorites or targets for a particular sales rep from their activity report page to see a more detailed list of these accounts.

I would lean more towards giving managers the window into the behavior, just because I feel there could be more confusion for users if they are seeing other team member's favorites and targets. Additionally, some users may be calling on the same account (particularly with hospitals) so we would need to allow for user overlap of favorites or targets for facilities.
Do you think it makes sense to make targeting a customer level attribute (like how assignments which can be seen across a whole customer) or does it really make sense just to give managers a window into the behavior?
