CC Manager on Welcome Email

this will help with manager's having more visibility to help their team in adopting/using the solution

    Hi Mary!

    There is a field on the user screen which shows when the Welcome Email was sent. We've also added a button which allows a user to re-send the email.

    Could you help me understand why those two details don't help solve the problem
