Add a filter option of "ALL" under the Facility Sources Tab that provides the summation of all referrals from Inpatient, Outpatient, SNF and Home Health. You have ALL for the Physician Sources already.

Hello Dan,

The reason we don't have an all currently is that there are a difference in fields between inpatient and outpatient. An "All" grouping would result in far fewer questions. Do you think this would suffice?

Also, what is the business case for wanting to see them all together?
