Alert a user when a presentation is share on Marketscape Insights Merged

Some customers only have management on MSI and they create presentations for the liaisons to use when marketing. If they create a presentation and share it, the only way a liaison knows a presentation is shared is if the manager lets them know or they constantly check "presentations shared with me."
