Currently, Support Live Chat is available in Marketscape CRM. As we move towards integrating Insights and CRM into a single login, many of our admins are working across multiple tabs to access both applications. To enhance efficiency, convenience, and support responsiveness, it is crucial to extend live chat functionality to the Insights page as well. This integration will allow admins to seamlessly test, check, and respond without the need to switch between tabs, thereby streamlining their workflow and improving overall support quality.
