Ability to see CRM Roles with an added Column & Filter

Ability to see the last activity date for CRM

Ability to see which users are in CRM "demo" status

1. With an added column and filter to see a list of users not being counted toward the license count

2. Ability to control demo status from common admin (change from a demo user to a paid user)

3. Ability to bulk disable old demo users.

Ability to export ALL columns, including expanded columns (i.e., Product, LOB Markets, First Login, Last Modified by, etc.)
