While we understand that diagnostic categories are a little too broad, there is a feeling that ICD-10 is too granular of a view. To overcome this we'll be adding Chronic Conditions and breaking out certain groups where more clarity is required. Are there any specific diagnostic groups that would most benefit from more granularity? Could you help us understand why?
