It would be helpful to see this information with the same metrics that we can see other facilities

Provide visibility to the window/correlation of an MA acute claim (for example) and the MFFS hospice claim

Customer is interested in being able to export the Highest Affiliated Hospital for Physicians.

This will help the users know what information are they seeing on a column basis
