The Conversation Starters section that is available for Physicians would be extremely helpful for facilities as well. The conversations starters section would be helpful for targeting Case Management teams

would be helpful to ID physicians, facilities & even other agencies by diagnostic category. you could use specialty for phys or facilities, but there isn't a way to ID agency.

As a director or manager, I want to be able to see who the assigned rep is for a physician or hospital because some territories overlap. I want to be able to ensure someone is assigned if I find a good referral source.

Add a way to view sales spotlights that are sent and be able to include a note.
