The ability filter practices and facilities by insurance accepeted as shown under the Medicare Advantage/Commerical tab would allow HHAs to understand which physicians and facilities have patients who use the same insurances that the HHAs currently accept.

I think we may already have what you are asking for, but if not please let me know where I'm off.
On Explore, there is a filter (hidden until you click "more filters") called "MA Plan". You should be able to search for the applicable plans here and have the results instead of having to canvass each Analyze page.
I am going to close out this ticket now, but I'm happy to reopen if clarification is needed.
