    Appreciate the responses and the inclusion of the SOC - 60 day hospitalization measure. The ER utilization measure without hospitalization is also critical in determining status under Home Health Value Based Purchasing. Home health EHR and Data Modelling/Analytics Providers are unable to capture this claims based measure due to the matching of the home health claim and the ER claim. I would appreciate the ER utilization data point added to the Marketscape platform.
