Reconfigure Excel Downloads to Numerical Form

Several customers have complained that they are unable to manipulate data in Excel downloads because they download as text and can't be sorted.

    Thanks for this idea Laura! If there are still Excel downloads that are not in the correct format this should be submitted as a bug. We have cleaned them up as they are reported and I'm unsure of which ones are still lacking.

    Support should be able to help get this in the Defect queue.
