Indication of what amount of patients are being sent to SNF vs Hospice

In the SNF module, there is a table under Utilization & Quality, titled "Patients Discharged with Home Health Instructions (Inpatient only)". A similar table in the Hospice module with "Patients Discharged with SNF instructions" and possibly corresponding mortalities would be helpful to hospice agencies.
