Calculation to show county utilization and percent change in market share report top table

In the top table on the market share report in Insights, we show the census numbers for MA, FFS, use of PAC, etc... but customers have to self-calculate overall percent change and utilization figures. It would be much easier for customer to identify potential in a market if we provide these figures.
