Adding a filter option on the Explore page for Non-ACO participation

This could just be a checkbox option from the dropdown menu on the ACO filter on the Explore page. Giving agencies the option to target physicians that are not participating in ACO's.

Manager level to assign favorite or target for their employees

It would be useful for new or struggling sales reps, for our managers to be able to assign them targets and favorites to focus on.
