Need to Add Star Rating on Home Health/Hospice under Facilities, Destination Tab
The star rating is on the Home Health Agencies but not when you are comparing Facilities destination tab. Currently you have to pull each competitor info to find the star rating
That is correct Liz it would be a nice add of 1 column to be able to compare immediately when you look at their other hospice partners and how we compare to them! Thank you for reaching out!
Can you tell us a little about what this information helps to inform? Is it so that you can talk to a doctor or hospital and tell then that their top destination has a lower star rating than yours?
We would just need 1 Column added when we are doing a competitive analysis in our markets. Currently we have to go into each facility profile to see star rating, with just 1 extra column it could be all in one place and would make a competitive analysis quicker and easier! Thank you!
Hey, we would also like to have the Star Ratings added to Physicians too. When searching for a physician and then looking at the destinations tab it would be great to have a column for Star Ratings in the table for both LOB.
