Hospice carve in is expanding in 2023 and visibility into which plans are participating will be helpful to identify for targeting purposes.

The star rating is on the Home Health Agencies but not when you are comparing Facilities destination tab. Currently you have to pull each competitor info to find the star rating

Provide visibility to the window/correlation of an MA acute claim (for example) and the MFFS hospice claim

IRF is considerd post acute and we are currently unable to see the complete flow of patients from a hospital. And patients go to other post acute from IRF.

On the explore tab we provide the highest affiliated agencies for physicians but do not provide this information on the Facilities tab. Please add this information.

It would be helpful to see length of stay (Ave and Median) by place of service including assisted living, hospitals, home, etc... - even better if we can provide this for place of service as well as site of service. Please note assisted living.

In addition to the facilitiy star ratings that already exist in Marketscape Insights for Hospice, Gentiva Hospice would like to see star rating metrics for hospice agencies as well. This is a key metric for them to know about competitors.
